Just got this machine a week ago, started leaking within one week, had repairman come to my house and said if he can’t see the leak he can’t fix it. If the spin speed is set at one of the first two settings, it is not too loud, but set on three or four, it is much louder than the 9 year old Whirlpool it replaced. Lowes came out for the third time yesterday.

It takes a minimum of 52 mins to do a load of normal wash. if you put it on heavy soil then it’s at 1hr 36 min. and if you use the quick wash it sets it at 20 mins on heavy soil. Sometimes the dryer spins for long periods and doesn’t wash. Sometimes on both appliances, you have to depress the 3 second countdown twice before the appliance turns on.
